Lei Greeting Maui — Booking Terms & Conditions 1. No payment is collected at booking. The full amount shown for your selected leis, plus Hawaii General Excise Tax (GET), is due in full when we meet you on arrival. Payment is accepted in person by cash, card, or payment app. 2. Pricing is per lei and depends on your group size, as shown during booking. One lei is provided per guest. 3. Please arrive with your correct flight information. It is your responsibility to provide accurate airline and flight details so we can meet you. 4. Cancellations: you may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival time. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows forfeit the reservation and may affect your ability to book with us in the future. 5. If your flight is significantly delayed or changed, please contact us as soon as possible at +1 (808) 264-9500 so we can do our best to accommodate you. 6. By checking the agreement box, you confirm you have read and agree to these terms, and that the balance shown is owed and payable on arrival.
