Lei Maui Greeting Service (“Lei Maui”, “we”, “us”) provides lei greetings at Kahului Airport (OGG) on Maui. This policy explains what information we collect through leimaui.com, how we use it and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us:
- When you book a lei greeting: your name, email address, phone number, arrival date and time, airline and flight number, number of guests and lei, the name for the welcome sign and any notes you add.
- When you request a group quote or send a message: your name, contact details and anything you include in your request.
We don’t take payment online. You pay in person when we meet you, so we don’t collect card details through this website.
How we use your information
- To arrange, confirm and provide your lei greeting, including tracking your flight so we meet you at the right time.
- To reply to your questions and quote requests.
- To contact you about your booking, for example if your flight changes.
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t use it for advertising.
When we share information
We share information only with service providers that help us run our website, bookings and email, and only so they can provide that service to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Cookies and browser storage
This website doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. While you book, your progress is saved in your own browser for that session so you don’t lose it if the page reloads; it is cleared when you close the tab and is never sent to us until you confirm your booking.
How long we keep information
We keep booking and contact information only as long as we need it to provide our service, keep business records and meet legal obligations.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing reggie@leimaui.com or calling (808) 264-9500.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our website is meant for adults arranging travel. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we change this policy, we’ll update it on this page and change the date above.
