Booking Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every lei greeting booked with Lei Maui Greeting Service.

1. Payment on arrival. No payment is collected at booking. The full amount shown for your selected lei, plus Hawaiʻi General Excise Tax (GET), is due in full when we meet you on arrival. Payment is accepted in person by cash, card or payment app.
2. Pricing. Pricing is per lei and depends on your group size, as shown during booking. One lei is provided per guest. See current prices.
3. Flight details. Please arrive with your correct flight information. It is your responsibility to provide accurate airline and flight details so we can meet you.
4. Cancellations. You may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival time. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows forfeit the reservation and may affect your ability to book with us in the future.
5. Delays and changes. If your flight is significantly delayed or changed, please contact us as soon as possible at (808) 264-9500 so we can do our best to accommodate you.
6. Agreement. By checking the agreement box when you book, you confirm you have read and agree to these terms, and that the balance shown is owed and payable on arrival.
