Last-Minute Lei Greeting Questions
How late can I book a lei greeting at Kahului Airport?
You can book online up to six hours before your flight is scheduled to land, for arrivals between 8 am and 5 pm Hawaiʻi time, Monday through Saturday. We are closed on Sundays.
What if my flight lands in less than six hours?
Please call us at (808) 264-9500. We need time to prepare fresh flowers, and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can help.
Is there a fee for booking last minute?
No. Last-minute bookings are the same price as any other: $57 per standard lei for one guest, $47 each for two to five, and $37 each for six or more, with premium lei $10 more. Hawaiʻi General Excise Tax is added.
Do I pay when I book?
No. Nothing is charged when you book. The balance is due in person when we meet you, by cash, card or payment app.
What if my flight is delayed?
There’s nothing you need to do. We track your flight on FlightAware and adjust to your actual landing time.
Can I book a last-minute greeting for someone else?
Yes. Use the traveler’s flight details and the name you’d like on the welcome sign. Here’s how to send a lei greeting.
